I'm a Indie Game Developer, currently working as a Game Programmer & Creative Lead as a part of Ephyra Games Development.

Information About Me

My love for games started at a young age and has only grown stronger over the years. Immersing myself in various gaming worlds, I developed a deep appreciation for the art and science behind game development. This passion led me to pursue a degree in Computer Games Programming, where I graduated with First Class Honours from De Montfort University.

Throughout my academic journey and beyond, I've honed my skills in programming languages such as C, C++, Visual Basic, Python, and Java. My extensive experience with game development tools like Unity has allowed me to bring creative concepts to life. I've led numerous projects, from creating fully functional 2D games to developing innovative game mechanics, always striving for excellence and engaging gameplay.

My background includes a balance of theoretical knowledge and practical application, enabling me to excel in both coursework and real-world projects. This blend of skills and experience has shaped me into a versatile game programmer and creative director, ready to tackle new challenges and create captivating gaming experiences.

As the Project Manager for our indie games startup, Ephyra Games Development, I go beyond typical programming duties by overseeing all aspects of game development. This includes coding, designing game mechanics, and driving the creative direction of our projects.

During my time here, I have successfully coordinated our team’s efforts, keeping us on track and motivated. My hands-on approach and dedication have been crucial in turning our game concept into a reality, significantly contributing to our project’s progress and the collaborative team environment.

Sales Assistant & Keyholder
Geek Retreat, Leicester

As a sales assistant / keyholder, I acted beyond my job's basic purview by regularly managing daily operations of the store through handling purchases, preparing food, teaching card and board games and overseeing tournaments often while working alone.

This experience helped me to maintain a solid work ethic and helped me to hone my multitasking abilities, and leadership skills.
